Conveyancing is the legal transfer of property ownership from one party to another. Once all requirements have been met and each party is satisfied, contracts are exchanged and the transaction is completed. A conveyancer is required when buying, selling, or remortgaging a property.

Introducer Services

A Direct Conveyancing service is available through My Home Move Conveyancing, alongside a Panel Management service for introducers who already maintain relationships with local solicitors. A combination of both options can also be provided.

A strong focus on service delivery ensures that the conveyancing journey is as smooth and straightforward as possible. A range of carefully designed solutions supports clients at every stage of the process.

Client support includes:

  • Dedicated conveyancer – a consistent point of contact to guide clients throughout each stage of the transaction.

  • Online case management – the innovative eWay system enables 24/7 case tracking, document review, and the completion of most paperwork via a laptop or PC.

  • Regular updates – communication provided by email, SMS, telephone, or post, according to individual preference.

  • Extended opening hours – availability in the evenings and at weekends, allowing contact at a convenient time.

In addition to high service standards, further reassurance is provided through:

  • Fixed fees – the amount shown on the quotation is the amount payable. If a sale does not proceed, no legal fee is charged.*

  • Search guarantee – should a purchase fail to reach exchange of contracts, the next set of searches will be supplied free of charge (see quotation for full details).

*The legal fee is only charged upon successful completion of a move. If a sale or purchase does not proceed for any reason, no charge is made for time spent, with the exception of the file opening fee, which becomes payable once a sale or purchase has been agreed (subject to contract). Any disbursements already paid on the client’s behalf remain payable. Upfront payments are non-refundable but will be credited against costs incurred.
