Promotion Terms and Conditions

The promotion is open to all residents of England and Wales aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter (My Home Move Conveyancing Ltd), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

To apply for the promotion, entrants must be first-time buyers and accept a quote from My Home Move Conveyancing for conveyancing services on a property purchase in England or Wales serviced by Premier Property Lawyers, JS Law, DC Law or Advantage Property Lawyers, before 23:59 on 31 October 2026.

Only quotes obtained through the My Home Move Conveyancing website will be eligible for this discount. Any quotes generated through a partner website will not have this discount applied.

The discount will not automatically be applied. You must contact the Move Specialist team to request the discount be applied.

All eligible customers will have £100 discounted from the legal fee for their conveyancing. All other associated fees, including searches, file opening fee and any additional costs are as stated in your quote.

The discount is not available alongside any additional discounts already applied to your quote.

The discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered for any reason, including non-completion of the property transaction.

The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the discount is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to apply the discount to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
